Walking into the Light

The journey has many roads
Walking towards the light can be an arduous journey. Taking action itself is the hardest thing to do - even after the research has been done - but remaining on the path to truth is a combination of both, which must be followed to reap the rewards of the plum fruit.
Breaking bad habits and changing routines is not an easy task. The body and mind are trained to believe certain things, and any deviation from the norm can feel like a cosmic implosion wondering if the right thing is being done; especially at the beginning stages of walking away from the darkness where the ego is still in control. These are usually the withdrawal phases, where staying on task is a bit like building a championship NHL team; despite the distractions, and the temptations offered by other people to make the team better right away (quick fixes), usually building through the draft patiently yields the best results for years to come. Therefore patience is the key.
Patience is a word not easily followed, and walking away from ignorance created by the darkness takes much courage and faith. The internet is there for everyone now, therefore mainstream media outlets need not be followed any longer. It’s hard to unlearn what has been taught to us from the beginning, but following blindly into oblivion will be a harder road to tote in the long haul. Waking up now, or at least sooner rather than later, will be beneficial to yourself, humanity and the world in which we live.

Cross referencing spirituality, exercise and researching natural health practices will give one the ammunition to succeed in today’s world. Looking for instant cures for health problems in particular can be disappointing; however a gradual approach using the body, mind and spirit will work almost every time. The key is to never stop learning and researching and to remain calm and positive with an eye and ear towards nature.

Look for alternatives when venturing on the path away from the darkness. Question everything, and take nothing as gospel. It’s your life, and you owe it to yourself to investigate all possibilities before coming to a final decision. Do not believe everything you hear, see and are subjected to. It’s the will of the people in power to keep you walking the path of a sheep, it’s up to you whether you wish to reveal the god within or continue the path of the follower.
Listen to the inner voice to get out of the darkness. That’s the voice called intuition, the guidance from one’s higher self. As one walks towards the light, the voice will become clearer, health and life will improve exponentially, and the shadows will withdraw from the mind. Questions which were confusing before have clear answers, and life can and will be lived from a higher vantage point.
No more shall the darkness of ignorance shroud the lands upon which we live, the dawn of a new consciousness has arrived, all one needs to do is start to tap into it and light will fill the land.
