The Excitement of Anticipation

The first date brings excitement
If you could bottle and sell an emotion, it just may be the joyous feeling of anticipation before a happy event.
This is the feeling you get before a long awaited vacation, one you have waited all winter long to get on. Or it could be the feeling of going out on a date for the first time in your life with someone you really like and think is special. It could also be the emotion children get on Christmas Eve with the hope of receiving the gift they have been wishing for and seeing it under the Christmas tree the next morning. It may be the eagerness you feel when you have not seen a special friend or family member for a long time and you are going to see them the next day.
The emotions before such events in your life are; joy, happiness, excitement and elation. Each and every one of these emotions are very positive and bring great feelings to each person who has them.
When you are out on a date with someone you really like, chances are you may not be focused on the food, even though you likely ordered the best food in the house to make a good first impression. You may even have problems finishing your meal because the feeling of excitement in your stomach gives you a happy nervous feeling. Children also have that feeling until Christmas morning arrives.
These types of feelings seem to be reserved for special moments in life, but imagine if you could maintain this ecstatic feeling more frequently? Suppose you could trick your mind to think that this feeling could happen once or twice a week? How happy would you be? If you are happy and thinking clear concise thoughts about exactly what you want in life, there's
a good chance it will manifest into the physical at a faster rate.

The trick is to be as happy as you can be as often as possible. Happy people are happy for a reason. They are the ones that are most likely to get what they want in life eventually. They have learnt to bottle that feeling better than most, and reap the rewards of their hearts desire the fastest.

Angry people on the other hand are almost certain to not get what they want anywhere near as fast as a happy person. People with anger issues fall into lower emotions like; jealousy, envy, sickness, depression and hate. They start getting problems on the external because their thoughts are almost always negative. Without knowing it and failing to correct their emotions they bring issues into their life they are constantly thinking about. And an angry person is absolutely no fun to be around either.
People that are happy are almost always great company. Nothing seems to faze them and they always seem to fall "ass backwards" into everything that is good. This is because people that are happy have learned to almost always be in a constantly positive frame of mind.
Remember, eventually you get what you ask for in this life, which is where the phrase "be careful what you wish for" came from. Happy, positive people ask for and get events in their life that make them feel good. While angry, hateful people also attract what they are thinking about, which is more of the same, and they get it whether they want it or not.
It's important to move up the emotional scale so the anticipation of events in your life are positive not negative. So move up that scale as fast as you can!
Shake your memory to remember the feeling of those really exciting moments in your life where you felt utter joy and had really good times. Try hard to recreate those feelings that brought such excitement and left you elated. And remember when you are there; be sure to consistently ask for what you want in life, in time it will get there in one form or another to make your dreams come true.
