Revenue Sharing brings the Power to the People

The illusionary maze of life
As long as money is used as the ultimate tool for
defining the value of a person in society, there needs to be solutions applied so that the people regain their power. Ultimately, money needs to be eliminated from the control of the very few, back into the hands of the many, or removed entirely.
In many parts of the world there is unrest, both
political and economic, and the media harps on the parts they wish you to know about. They do this to ensure you stay in a negative frame of mind and continue to be part of their society; while programming the masses subconscious minds to believe the malarkey it is being fed. Make no mistake, the media is controlled by a select group of powerful people, and these people ensure you are “fed” what they want your mind to “consume”.
Many of the illnesses and stress created in this world, is for the wealthy people to excel while the middle class and the lower class wallow under their control. Interest rates are a return on the money they control. They submit to your thoughts materialistic ideals - through advertising and marketing schemes, with subliminal messages - which feed their society and continue to squeeze the vice tighter and tighter each year on the common person. Like the sun rises in the sky every day, the majority of the people are completely asleep to their own good. They buy, buy, buy and work, work, work to pay for it and finally, inevitably; when they cannot afford it, they borrow, borrow and borrow. All this money you borrow goes back to them – with interest - while they continue to keep you powerless and under their control.
They set us all up from the time we are little kids. They sent you to their schools with their version of history being taught, and forced you into religions around the world, and convinced you that you are a sinful, no good for nothing beggar that will be lucky to see the bottom of the clouds at the gates of heaven when your time comes.
To start with, we are all co-creators and are not a bunch of powerless people. The illusion of society is a smoke screen purposely put in place by the people in power - to stay in power. They stroke your ego, you buy it hook, line and sinker, and move about in society with the negative competitive backstabbing principles they taught you since you were a kid. How much money and power does one person or a group of individuals need? How many places can one be in one single time? Do they really need twenty houses around the globe? Giant ego gratifying mansions that make them feel important when in essence they show their insecurity instead?
With all this money in the world, why are people starving if the coffers of some large corporations and powerful people are overflowing with money? For one they have instilled you with the piece of the pie theory; where money is limited and there is only so much out there. Yet, if we all got in touch with our inner selves and were calm and relaxed most of the time instead of stressed out we would be able to set up situations to our liking based on the law of attraction. Some people today literally do not care if other people die, because they believe that the world cannot support such a large population. Properly managed it most certainly could; under the current management, with thinking like that, it most certainly could not. They plant the seed of deception, and the majority buys in.
Since society has suppressed the right side of the brain activity, and traditionally gives low paying jobs for creative people, then we can play by their rules and still win the game of life of we try.
In professional sports the common person are represented by the players on the team. The players on the team have a union that has fought for and won revenue sharing from the wealthy owners of each franchise. This applies to the NHL (National Hockey League), the NFL (National Football League), Professional soccer, Major League Baseball and the NBA (National Basketball Association) among others. The owners deduce that without the star players – which are again common people with gifted athletic abilities – the people would not pay high ticket prices to watch the event. From time to time there are strikes which pit the players against the owners, or the owners lock out the players.

The salaries on each team are usually a capped amount, and the star players make the most, while the depth players make the least. This is a large reflection of the society they have built for us to work and believe in; the competition is fierce at these high levels, thus the result of the large salaries offered to the players. Still, even though these amounts seem large to the common person, they are still small compared to what the owners make.

One will argue that the owners came up with the idea, and took the risk and put the money up, so they deserve the majority of the money that comes into the business. However, without the players, the money does not come in. Replacement players will not work, because the public already knows which players are the best in each sport; thus that is a Band-Aid solution for the owners to make money and put pressure on the player unions to get what they want.
No matter what side you are on, one must logically come to the conclusion that without the owners there would be no team to play for, and without the gifted athletes, there would be no sports franchise or money to be made by the owners.
This professional sport analogy compares to the business world of everyday life, where very large corporations make billions of dollars, while their top employees are lucky to make into the six figure range, unless they are shareholders or directors. The argument resurfaces that the owners took all the risk and had the idea thus reap the majority of the rewards, yet somehow we have come to believe a mediocre salary compared to their profits is a reason to be happy and feel important.

What individual person would deny financial freedom and thus happiness to the people working under them? Why is the bar set so low for employees who keep the profits rolling in? Why is the money offered, even to top employees, is a mere pittance of their profits?
And what of their lies that the business is doing badly when the executives, shareholders and owners live in comfort beyond most peoples combined financial reach?
Like sports, with no employees there is no business, no product to sell, no merchadise, and no profits! With no business there is no society to keep you indebted to their illusion of reality. Before we were all taught to hate each other through the media, our forefathers (who were also lied to), religions and schools, there was no money. People cooperated and made a living sharing or trading what they had with other people. There was no competition, just cooperation.
With that firmly in mind, man works far too hard for such a paltry “piece of the fabricated pie”. All the while the rich get richer, people starve all over the world, wars get created through lies, and people lose their sense of love and identity.
From a logical left side of the brain initiative, we can beat them at their own game. The internet is the perfect tool in which to use to coordinate a large scale show of solidarity. Using this communication medium, an agreement can be made by all the common people to simply not participate in their society any longer. The first one could be one day, globally. If they did not get the message, the second could be one week globally.
We must stand together to make it work, and no unions are not needed; simply an agreement that we all do it together. This is something to think about, because it puts the power back to the people. For example, if all the employees of a top company walked out of that company for one day, how much money would that company lose? One could argue
that people will get fired, and they will inevitably use a divide and conquer strategy to
see who was behind the scheme. However, if people around the world stood in solidarity, the next walkout would be one week, then the next a month.
Do not forget the employees keep the companies running. They have all the knowledge, and in most cases have taken years to get the skills down to an exact science. Therefore the easy answer to fire them would not apply, especially to highly skilled positions. For example firing ten thousand high tech workers at a large company would not solve the problem the company has, because any new workers (which would not be in solidarity and be part of a scab or competitive situation) simply do not have the knowledge or the skills to keep the company running, thus the company would have to start all over again, or better yet, actually realize the value of their employees.
This would bring their economy to a standstill, one in which they cannot afford, thus bringing them to their senses and offering a form of revenue sharing for each employee in every company. It really would not be that hard to prepare for, just stock up on the supplies needed. If the people in power tried to resist and refused to allow people to go back to work, then the people must stand united against their oppression, and if need be, return to simpler times where the growing of food and business activities are not regulated by any governing body; and free exchange of goods and food can be done. The people of the world would learn to cooperate and not fear each other, leaving competition in the past.
Is this a pipe dream? Never forget without the people working for them they have no power, because their businesses and institutions would crumble to the ground. Remember that, it’s important; you are not the pawn they want you to believe you are.
Man needs to move towards this type of a mass consciousness to live better lives. At the
very least, the people in power must be forced to share their bounty with everyone on the
planet and not just hoard it for themselves. This will make for a better loving world for
everyone.
