Nuclear Cage

Freedom of choice results in love
During world war two, the allies were considered
victorious and everyone was set free from the tyranny of aggressive dictators such as Adolf Hitler. The free world celebrated and the victors sailed into to peaceful seas - to help rebuild
the life in the east and west - or so it seemed.
The victories are glorified in Hollywood and to this day, almost seventy years later, the axis powers are often portrayed as inferior armies and slightly lesser intellectuals that were defeated by the thundering sounds of the allied armies; thus resulting in the conquest of good over evil.
There were supposed to be no wars after the last “great” war.
To this day there are wars all over the world. After world war two there was the Korean War, the Vietnam War, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and now Syria among others. Genocide was rampant in the Balkans, Chechnya, and specific countries in Africa. Towards the end of world war two, the unthinkable use of an atom bomb - on a specific population of the world - was considered and actually used.
During the entire history of man on this planet the atomic weapon was dropped and detonated on the people of Japan not once, but twice; obliterating life in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in a nightmare scenario that constituted the “official” end of world war two. The “certified” estimates were almost 200,000 people either killed or maimed. The collateral damage, rarely discussed, was the flora and fauna of Japan which also perished with the innocent civilians during the horrific scenes of the ending of war in the pacific theatre.
Surprisingly to this day it was deemed as a necessary evil to win the war and bring life back to “normal”.
In modern time’s talk of surgical nuclear strikes have gained traction as a viable option to gaining the military objectives desired by the people who have the capacity of the nuclear option; this despite the poor judgement used in bombing Japan during world war two with these unthinkable weapons. The question remains, was the bombing of innocent civilians during world war two a strategic objective, or was it a fear laced propaganda tool using the innocent people of Japan as an example to keep the masses of the world in line? In essence the threat of a nuclear weapon keeps much of man in a type of nuclear cage, afraid to reach out and experience each other, using the threat of the bomb as the ultimate answer. Unless you live in a multicultural society, people from different cultures, religions and background rarely meet because of the divisions created by man.

At the time of the dropping of the bombs in Japan it was proposed by military
leaders that in order to save the lives of 500,000 American soldiers, the bomb would bring a swift end to the war – which it did. The thousands of innocent men, women and children that were living in both those cities were either killed outright, or died a painful, slow suffering death. How can one justify the means to such an end? Would one wish this on their worst enemy? What rational human being would really come to such a conclusion? |

The fear being bandied about during these tumultuous times were magnified beyond proportion, exaggerated to such an extent that the attack on living human beings with such a weapon was justified. Even today, in 2012, the chances of the United States being attacked by another foreign country are slim to none. Yet almost seventy years ago it was deemed a necessity to drop the atomic bomb on innocent living, breathing people; this despite the obvious fact that no other country possessed the weapon at this time.
How can the media then and now spin such nonsense into having the masses believe this attack was justified? The answer lies in the propaganda tool that the people in power know how to use so well then and now. When you think about it, not much has changed since then. Wars still rage, innocent people are killed, nuclear tests are done annually on the living planet, and man is as savage now as it was then.
The mass consciousness of the planet really needs to wake up and smell the roses. An atomic/nuclear option was not needed then, and it certainly is not needed now. Under ANY
circumstances, no matter how the media spins it. It’s against god’s wishes in ANY religion. ”Though shalt not kill” does not come with a clause. There are no options to make it alright to kill another human being, yet alone bring an entire country to their knees through death and destruction. We are not the people to pass judgement that duty is for god, or the head of god - we must let god do the juggling.
The answer to avoid this type of catastrophe from ever happening again is to become more aware of what really constitutes a problem on this earth. Just as they were during the last world war, the media spin doctors, backed by the right wing lobby groups, are hard at work again making everyone hate and fear each other around the world. Curiously, when people of different cultures and religions meet each other, it’s nothing like is being reported on FOX and CNN news sources. People actually are kind and care for each other, to confirm this simply turn the chatter box (TV) off and get outside and meet people.
Do not pass judgement on people you have never met and come to a consensus in your mind that aggressive action is required to solve problems because of the bag of lies you are being told on television. Understand that no matter what the skin colour, ethnic or religious background that we are all joined together as brothers and sisters around the planet. This is what the people in power don’t want you to know.
By slowly eliminating the fear from your mind, the clouds in the mind will clear and the blue skies will once again be back for all of man. Imagine a life full of sharing and learning from different cultures. A life full of promise with no jealousy and hate as the veil is lifted from the consciousness of man. This is the life we are headed for when the mass consciousness comes together and accepts responsibility for all their actions in this and other life times.
Say no to senseless wars and thus embrace and empathize with all the people around this great earth and nuclear weapons will be no more than a distant memory. This is the only way to go to ensure that Gaia (the earth we live on), and the people of the planet will live the life they were meant live and allow global harmony and peace on earth.
