How Gratitude Improves your well-being

Gratitude is a connection to heaven
Gratitude is seeing the sun through the clouds; it’s seeing the glass half full, it’s being grateful for what you have, even though you may reach for more.
Having a warm bed to sleep in, a roof over your head and food on your plate is a right for every human being. Most importantly when one does have these things, be grateful for having them and never lose sight of it; because there are many around the world that do not.
It’s easy to get stuck in a negative cycle and dip emotionally from time to time, but it’s of paramount importance that one propels themselves out of the cycle and brings themselves up on the emotional scale. If you are one that can identify that you are in a negative cycle, then chances are you are spiritual and understand the importance of positive emotions.

If one lives in a country with health care, be grateful, even though the system may not live up to your expectations. There is enough information on the internet to prevent most conditions if people educate themselves, so
one may not need to use the system if they do this; but it’s nice to know it is there. |
Many people always look for something better when it appears they already “have it all”. They think the grass will be greener on the other side, or perhaps they have convinced themselves they are important and will thus be treated as such wherever they go. It’s usually a large shock to the ego when one lands where they thought they wanted to be; only to find out where they were was far better. It’s the big fish in the little pond scenario, or perhaps you just weren’t as popular as you thought you were going to be; either way when it settles in it’s a shock.
Wherever you are, whatever you do, be grateful for what you have and operate in life with a positive attitude. With patience, learning and persistence – along with a spiritual point of view - this will almost certainly lead to a better life for you and the people you touch every day.
