Foods deliberately created for a Lower Consciousness

Imagine being on a vacation, or working on the road, and as per usual one starts to get hungry and looks for a place to eat. With so many choices available, one eatery that suits the mood is surely to get your attention. Remarkably, once the hunger hits, no matter which restaurant is selected, and despite the difference in taste and themes, there is a high chance that the food was sourced and pre-made from the same factory. Ironically, it does not matter whether it’s Mexican, Chinese, American, Cantonese, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese, German, French, Irish, British, Scottish and so on; a high percentage of their food comes from one of the large corporate entities that supply the food chain – particularly in the western world.
Be cognizant and conscious that the food in all restaurants that taste the same are scientifically researched to be like that and the corporations have gone to great lengths to do so; while they use a plethora of chemicals and baking agents to make it appealing and addictive to keep the public coming back for more. Their strategy is very much like the tobacco industry of old when they added addictive chemicals to cigarettes, to give a specific taste. The food industry is no exception to this rule, and the ingredients placed into these foods are not meant for health and happiness but rather for profit across a broad spectrum of corporate entities.

Despite the same taste phenomenon at the fast food outlets, middle of the line eateries are no better. These restaurants have food created on a theme, usually cultural or based on a countries cuisine, yet they source their food from the same places that the fast food outlets do. The difference is of course they strive for an authentic experience based on the theme, for example; Italian foods where sauces and pasta come pre-made, are not made on location, and are largely served to the public under the guise of authentic Italian cuisine.

Once upon a time, in the nineteen fifties and sixties, the western world was filled with mom and pop restaurants in which to choose from while on the road, which offered homemade food made from scratch. Now with the food being a multi billion dollar a year industry the corporate greed has clawed back the homegrown food and largely replaced it with highly processed food based on taste and not nutrition. Nonetheless it should be ingrained into one’s consciousness that if the exact same food is served at every location, then because it’s highly processed, it should be avoided if at all possible.
A peek into this article suggests only a handful of food suppliers exist to supply the restaurants and pre-made food industry: (http://healthimpactnews.com/2015/the-illusion-of-choices-in-choosing-a-restaurant-toxic-factory-food-from-a-handful-of-suppliers/). It also indicates there are over 6000 food additives that are unknowingly (not publicized) added by the food giants and served as an unhealthy, potentially lethal cocktail to the unsuspecting, largely trusting consumer. A list of only a tiny percentage of the ingredients that can be found in all prepared foods, whether it’s a school cafeteria, a hospital, a fast food restaurant, a roadhouse, a pub or even a high scale eatery likely includes; flavorings, sweeteners, glazing agents, bleaching agents, anti-caking agents, solvents, coloring, acids, emulsifiers (such as soya lecithin), releasing agents, preservatives (such as monosodium glutamate) , synthetic ingredients, thickeners, sugars, and various oils, such as; canola (rapeseed) oil, corn oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil with TBHQ and citric acid added to make the food appear fresh. Are these the kind of ingredients that a mom, dad or chef at home would put in their food made from scratch? Of course not!

Essentially the food industry has followed the banking industry standard by centrally located their power and making decisions based on corporate profits. It bad enough the banking industry has monopolized the financial industry by favoring private monetary institutions over public ones - which care little for the lower and middle class - but it is clearly evident they have done the same thing with the food industry by consolidating where the majority of the restaurants and pre-made food comes from.

The common person does not stand to gain anything from this arrangement. Highly processed foods are low in vibration and nutrition, plus over processed food is akin to feeding farm animals standard feed, which shows their lack of respect for the average person. Essentially the food that is eaten from these central food processing plants is dead and offers a taste that is addictive and high in sodium and sugar. In addition these types of distribution plants either directly or indirectly employ animal farms that treat their animals like they have no consciousness whatsoever; in other words they don’t allow animals to have a normal life cycle and freely roam, instead they are treated horribly and die screaming in agony.
Eventually this information on over-processed food will come out into the consciousness of humanity, but in the time leading up to this disclosure, why not educate oneself and avoid the health issues that come as part of the package these food giants offers? Foods prepared from scratch, with whole ingredients are required to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. A greater effort must be made by the average person to understand this and practice home cooking with gratitude and appreciation.
So how did the western world go from home cooking to pre-fabricated poison foods and accept it? Largely the society we live in is filled with less quality time and far more stress; therefore food from scratch became harder to make time for. Inflation plays a large part in this as people struggle to make ends meet, all while the price of bread went from fifty cents a loaf to four dollars a loaf over a long period of time; this of course can be linked to the centralization of banks and their lust for more money and power.
Naturally, since more money was needed to feed and house a family, that meant that two people had to go out and work; this of course, led to less time to prepare meals from scratch. Eventually the family falls into a negative pattern and starts eating boxed food, or goes to restaurants more because of time constraints and convenience. This life style slowly degrades their health because the ingredients they would not normally use in home cooking start to bombard their bodies leading to obesity, diabetes and a higher death rate nationally.
Essentially big food, big pharma, and big farming are spreading obesity through the western world with the blessing of the various governments that get money from the lobbyists to stay in power. (http://drhyman.com/blog/2010/10/22/the-toxic-triad-how-big-food-big-farming-and-big-pharma-spread-obesity-diabetes-and-chronic-disease-across-the-globe/) Most if not all the food offered from these central food sources includes herbicides, pesticides, genetically modified organisms (GMO), antibiotics, meat with hormones and other toxins. This in turn leads one right down the highway to the doctor’s office, almost like it was a pre-planned scheme to keep their society going.
The pharmaceutical industry, which heavily lobbies the medical industry, stands at the ready to “solve” the issues that their centralized food industry created in the first place. Essentially the medication offered is to mask the problems the food system created. There is much to be said for the old adage; ‘an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure’, but the high paced, stress filled society has much of the population relying on largely synthetic food just to keep their family fed and a roof over their head, thus it’s important to get out of this vicious cycle and get back to the grassroots.

Humanity must come to recognize the system is set up for them to fail, so the best approach is to buck this arrangement and make your own food. Time is harder to come by, but if one has rapidly deteriorating health or is at deaths doorstep would they not have wished they changed a few things to make time for a better life? Would it not then be prudent to live a lifestyle that goes back to the land somewhat and create their own gardens thus returning to nature?

It’s important to note, all these giant corporate entities need one thing to survive and that’s money. Once the people educate themselves, plant their own gardens, eat more organic produce, and stop working two jobs just to have more materialistic items they will be in better health. This should see a return to mom and pop eateries and more corporate franchises going the way of the dinosaurs.
There are choices people need to make in life, and this one literally is a matter of life and death. Stop supporting these places and they will go out of business, and at the same time have a plan to replace them by formulating a strategy to offer up authentic cuisine with high vibrational food picked right off the vine or tree.
This approach would also eliminate their ridiculous distant distribution systems where the middlemen could not only be eliminated; the footprint on the planet would be reduced. Imagine getting produce from around the county/state/province instead of from halfway around the world for the same item(s). This solution eliminates the problems a lower consciousness created in the first place!

The corporate way of doing things makes no sense whatsoever unless it’s for the benefit of a few people, so take the power back and say no to their system. Learn to plants heirloom seeds, utilize forest gardening and understand how wood chips save water all while adding nutrients to the soil: (https://youtu.be/WYPoPYs396Y). Say yes to reconnecting with Gaia, our earth mother, and reap the rewards of high vibrational food content. Food high in nutrients also means a yield high in vibration (remember we are energy beings) because they were planted and reared with love and harvested locally. Not only does this ensure better health but it also creates jobs nearby which puts money back into the local economy.
The food factories are also part of the illusion of life that needs to be traversed in order to have a healthier planet and happier people, plants and animals. The by-product of this will slowly and gracefully result in the large corporations being held accountable for their actions, and simultaneously create a better life in the now for our children and grandchildren.
The choice is obvious, for better health simply avoid restaurants that serve up factory food of a low vibration and start growing and cooking your own food until they smarten up. This will result in the collective consciousness of mankind to rise to levels that will ultimately lead to the accessibility of higher frequencies and thus concepts enabling humanity to rise above the deliberately placed land mines meant to deteriorate their health and trap them in a lower consciousness.
