In life there are many people who widely regard themselves as very important in the general scheme of things. They feel without their “valuable” input, the organization in which they work for would not run very efficiently, if at all. In their ideal world they strive to “reach for the top” with little to no regard for the people they step on along the way. When they get there they have become so hard edged and non empathetic, they are only concerned with the bottom line and their career trajectory.
In the game of life many curve balls can be thrown when one least expects it, one such one is on the way and most people don’t even have a bat in their hands to hit it. A changing of the guard is taking place before the very eyes of many people who are oblivious to this fact. As a result, the corporate world is about to change so rapidly and if one does not operate from the heart center they will have a very, very tough landing.

In case you missed the bus, the world is changing. You will not find the answers on the mainstream media websites, the government, the educational institutions, religious factions or the like; you will find them within. Once one has changed sufficiently on the inside, and become more spiritual, they will start to seek answers on the outside. This can be done via many alternative internet websites, typically found through the sharper intuition connection born from spiritual changes. This enables a “steering” of sorts to the correct information and helps change the life direction from conflict to one conceived of love, empathy and compassion.
Soon to be gone are the dog eat dog world of backstabbing people reaching for success at any costs. These skills will go for naught because they are of the ego and the mind. The heart will now rule the mind and the world will change for the better as a result.
Most people at the top of the corporate ladder got there because they know how to play the game, and have enough skills and connections to make the career advancements. Along their path to the top they have undoubtedly displaced many people, some who have lost their job as a result. Unfortunately they very likely have even boasted about it and gone out for drinks afterwards to get a pat on the back for a job well done. In their ivory tower the world looks great, but for the people trampled below life is not the way it was supposed to be, they thought there should be more compassion and teamwork when they started out. Eventually this affects the home life of people because financial pressure begins to arise if one does not find another job.

The managers and directors, particularly when involving non-unionized employees, are often ruthless to achieve their objectives; quickly jettisoning them the first chance they get. This is not a human trait, it is a predatory behavior taught by the people who run this world to keep it running exactly as they like it.
This attitude came about because of the globalization of jobs and people soon found out the hard way they either towed the company line or were on the street. The corporate world should not be a sink or swim environment and people ought not to celebrate the professional downfall of another human being. If folks do celebrate this kind of event, shame on them if they do, because they are in for a total shock as the world moves into the love realm in a higher consciousness dimension.

They have been conditioned to think this way through training, office politics and so on; nevertheless they will not only have to start at the bottom again they must do it with a completely different mindset. It’s a lesson they may need to learn from a soul perspective since it may be their turn to be on the other end of the karma wheel.
Tasks born out of love and compassion for the earth will be the new standard, thus no cheating and lying to get to the bottom line will be tolerated in these future transparent entities. Gone will be payoffs, bribes, mischievous conduct and the “you rub my back and I’ll rub yours” type of behavior. Forthcoming business entities which operate in such a fashion will soon find themselves out on the street – the whole outfit, lock stock and barrel – and it won’t matter how “important” the executives feel themselves to be.
With the new age comes new responsibilities; truth, dignity, ethics and fair play will have to be at the top of the chart of any mission statement. These cannot just be words that are hollow; they must mean something because what is on the inside will eventually be seen on the outside of any organization. The time of treating every human being as an equal is at hand, because there is more than enough of EVERYTHING to go around. A corporate big wig will really have a hard time convincing their ego they are on the same level of the rest of the population, but they better learn quickly if they wish remain both relevant, sane and alive in the new world.
