Celebrities Endorsing Medications and Large Corporations

Drug Commercials use well known people to sell their products
In the game of life whether one is a fan of sports, politics, music or the big screen it’s not hard to find people in these professions advertising a new super drug on TV, especially during prime time. In short what is defined as a “celebrity” by the mass media can usually be seen endorsing a pharmaceutical product. Celebrities don’t just have to be Hollywood stars; they can be from any walk of life, as long as they are in the public eye because their presence carries weight.
To begin with let’s be very clear about one item; the reason the person is speaking on behalf of the big pharma company is because they are being paid a lot of money to do so. These folks do not do this for free, or because they believe the product is good; they do it for money and are used as a marketing and advertising tool by the pharmaceutical industry to get to the public to sell the product.
Each person that endorses these types of products very likely does not use them, if they did they may want to pay attention to the absolutely gargantuan amount of side effects each new product has when these people speak on behalf of the company. Do not fall for this type of sales pitch, and that is really all it is, a truly deceitful sales pitch to get a desperate and trusting public to commit to a new drug.
A large eye opener is the list of side of effects for these products when the commercials run; in fact it’s downright frightening when it’s stated. A sane and rational person would mute the commercial during the time they list the side effects because there are so many they almost have time to make a sandwich! Please note however, when they do mention this list - despite its length - they do so as quickly as possible so one cannot understand all the side effects.

The public needs to wake up and smell the roses with
pharmaceutical companies. These companies are linked to wars, GMO foods, immunization doses, chemical companies and many other questionable practices forced on the mostly unaware public; in addition they have many links to world governments operating in bad faith for the people of the planet. |

The reason celebrities are representing these companies is because these pharmaceutical corporations know the public idolizes them; in other words they are well aware of the popularity certain sports players, movie stars, popular singers, politicians and so on have on the conscious mind of the people.
They gather metadata and measure the metrics to gain a scope of understanding to select the right person suited to represent their product. There is a science to their tactics, but the bottom line is the person needs to be well known and popular for the hook, line and sinker to be used to catch the fish; the fish being the individual watching the commercial.
To the drug industry this is a game where they make mountains of money through celebrity endorsements. To the people it may well be a matter of life and death. But why are the majority of folks watching this taking their advice for gospel? Many run to the doctor with the name of this drug and before you know it they are taking it.

It’s very important in the age of what you see is not what you get, it’s prudent to get second and third opinions on any new drug, and that is after you have done the initial research yourself on the internet. At the very least make certain you have a list of questions about a new medication before seeing the doctor. However the bottom line is it’s the job of a medical professional to be up-to-date on all the latest medications, so they should be able to give you a good idea of the potential of the new drug.

Do not rush to get the new drug because of a celebrity endorsing
it; that is akin to eating at a fast food restaurant and believing statements in their commercials as to the health of the food. In both cases the end game is the money, not the vitality of the person. |
Be aware that many drugs are fast tracked for the public without proper testing because they take millions of dollars to develop properly; therefore the shareholders of the company deliberately put pressure on the management to get the product out before conclusive tests are done.
The solution to many problems in life is really the old saying; an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Avoid the pills entirely if you can by eating the best diet possible, which includes; fresh clean water, fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, poultry, legumes and fish and for pities sake avoid boxed foods filled with sugar and sodium which raise both blood pressure and make one overweight at the same time.
Remember a celebrity is just another person, if you had the chance to meet them; chances are you would be disappointed by not only their behaviour but the arrogance emanating from them as well.
The next time a drug commercial appears on the TV, mute it, or better yet turn it off. Live a life as close to nature as you can, it’s the way god intended life to be in the first place.
